Total Lending Concepts (TLC) was founded in 2013 by the serial entrepreneur, Greg Deline, to compliment his real estate and manufactured housing ventures. Today, a leadership team with over a century of retail mortgage originations, support a multitude of Branch Managers and Loan officers in 16 States. From the beginning, a Distributed Retail Model was implemented to cultivate a unique foundation of transparency, support and accountability to allow us to improve lives through homeownership.
